It took more than 3 hours for an oil change and wheel alignment for my vehicle. Very unsatisfied with the service length during this appointment.

Lynn is the best! But also great work to the service team. I like that Lynn was 100% honest about the work that needed to be done on my truck and also very friendly about the whole thing. Will def bring my truck here for any service/warranty related concerns I need in the future.

Everything but the replacement of the driver side tailgate Kicker speaker was satisfactory... My son was told since it doesn't have an amplifier the rattle sound is unavoidable at mid range or higher.... Funny because the passenger side is fine so that explanation is wrong... I don't understand why it cannot be replaced... For a $90,000.00 + truck I don't see why it can't just be replaced.... Not a happy customer... Second time there for the same problem... I am sure you can understand my frustration...
